PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS

The Government has confirmed:

• Patients can access details of their Covid-19 vaccination through the NHS App

or

• Create an NHS Login 

or

• Through the NHS Covid Pass  

or

• Patients without access to a Smartphone, and know the country they are travelling to requires Covid-19 vaccination status, can call the NHS helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to them. This must be at least 5 days after they have completed their vaccination course - and allow at least 7 working days for the letter to arrive.

NHS APPOINTMENT CARDS CANNOT BE USED TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR VACCINATION STATUS

Please do not contact your GP surgery about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.
